Chef Roland

Chef Roland grew up in Sweden on a family farm and is no stranger to the flavourful foods from careful harvesting. His Tuscany-style cooking arises from training and experience at the French Culinary Institute in New York. 

Chef Roland pushes the boundaries of Italian gastronomy and offers innovative dishes to delight your palate – Italian cuisine with a West Coast flair. Join his well-earned following for a fine dining experience.
